FAQ

Plain answers for paid-beta testers and early users.

Important: Neutral Boardroom helps you compare AI perspectives and evidence before acting. It does not guarantee correctness and does not replace professional advice.

What is Neutral Boardroom?

Neutral Boardroom is a decision-risk platform. It helps you put one important decision, evidence, multiple AI voices, and human judgment into one room before you act.

What is a Boardroom?

A Boardroom is one decision session. You ask one question, add evidence, choose AI voices, choose a Chairman, and receive a Chairman Decision Record.

What counts as one Boardroom?

One complete run counts as one Boardroom: your question, your evidence, selected AI voice responses, and one Chairman Decision Record.

Do free users get all AI voices?

Yes. Free test accounts include 5 full Boardrooms with all available AI voices, subject to usage caps and evidence limits.

What is the Chairman?

The Chairman is the AI voice that creates the final Chairman Decision Record after reviewing the other AI voice answers, your evidence, disagreements, assumptions, risks, and next steps.

Can I change the Chairman?

Where supported, yes. After the AI voices answer, you can choose a different Chairman and rerun the Decision Record only, without rerunning all voices or using another full Boardroom.

Which AI voices are available?

Neutral Boardroom may include voices such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini/Google, Claude/Anthropic, and Grok/xAI, depending on provider availability.

What happens if one AI voice fails?

The Boardroom should still preserve any completed answers. If one provider fails, you may see a provider error for that voice while the other voices continue.

Can I upload evidence?

Yes. You can paste notes or upload supported files. The app uses readable text from those files so the AI voices can respond to evidence, not only assumptions.

What files are supported?

Early versions support common evidence files such as TXT, DOCX, searchable PDF, XLSX, CSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and RTF. Future paid versions should support more file types, including images/screenshots, PPTX, larger evidence packets, and better OCR where appropriate.

What is a Chairman Decision Record?

It is the final decision memo. It summarizes the best current answer, where voices agree, where they disagree, what is assumed, what risks remain, what should be verified, and the recommended next step.

Are my Boardrooms saved?

Signed-in users can save Decision Records and review them later. Opening a saved record does not rerun AI voices, use another Boardroom, or create new API cost.

What happens to uploaded files?

This test version reads supported files in memory, adds readable text to the evidence packet, and saves the Decision Record. It does not save the uploaded file attachments themselves in the local test database. Production versions need clear privacy, retention, and deletion rules.

Can AI be wrong?

Yes. AI can be wrong, stale, incomplete, or overconfident. Neutral Boardroom is designed to slow decisions down and expose risks, not guarantee correctness.

Is this legal, medical, tax, immigration, or financial advice?

No. Neutral Boardroom is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. For exact deadlines, prices, policies, travel eligibility, legal/tax issues, medical details, platform rules, or meaningful spending, verify controlling sources before acting.

How do paid plans work?

Free users get 5 full test Boardrooms. Paid plans are expected to add more Boardrooms, saved records, larger evidence limits, memo reruns, broader file support, and other paid features. Usage caps protect the service from unlimited API cost.

How do refunds or cancellation work?

Stripe payments, refunds, and cancellation are not included in this test version. Before paid beta opens, Neutral Boardroom should publish clear plan, cancellation, and refund terms.

How do I report a bug or suggestion?

Use the Feedback & Support page to submit errors, confusing parts of the app, suggestions, or billing/account issues.
